Who we are and when these terms apply

604 Motorcars Automotive, operating as 604 Motor Cars, is a licensed BC motor dealer (Dealer #D50832) located in Surrey, British Columbia. By using this website or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the information you give us.

Using this website

You may use this site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not scrape it, copy our inventory feed, or do anything that interferes with how the site runs for other people. You must have reached the age of majority in British Columbia to apply for financing through us.

Vehicle listings, prices and availability

A listing on this site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. A sale only happens once you and 604 Motor Cars sign a written purchase agreement at the dealership. Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes, documentation or licensing fees unless the listing says so. Every vehicle is subject to prior sale.

We work to keep listings accurate, but errors and omissions happen in specifications, mileage, photos and price. We correct them as soon as we find them, and we are not bound by a listing error. Photos show the actual vehicle wherever possible; options and colour can still look different on your screen than in person.

Payment estimates

The payment calculator produces estimates only. The rates and terms it shows are examples, not quotes, and every figure is on approved credit. Your lender sets the final rate, term and payment.

Trade-in estimates

Any trade-in value we give you online is provisional. It depends on the details you provide and on current market conditions, and it is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle and a market check at the dealership before we confirm a number.

Credit applications and enquiries

When you submit a credit application you confirm that the information in it is accurate and complete, and you authorize us to share your application with lenders so they can consider it for approval, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending us a form does not create a financing agreement or guarantee approval.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos and design on this site, along with the 604 Motor Cars name and logo, belong to us. Manufacturer names, model names and other third-party marks and logos — CARFAX, for example — belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify a vehicle or a service.

Third-party sites and services

This site links to and embeds services we do not control, such as vehicle history reports, maps and lender websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or how they operate.

No warranty for the website; limits on liability

The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent British Columbia law allows, 604 Motor Cars is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on the information in a listing.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under BC consumer protection law or the Motor Dealer Act, and nothing here applies to the sale of a vehicle itself — that is governed by the purchase agreement you sign with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia handle any dispute about them. We are licensed by the Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version is current.
